The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is seeking public comment by January 16, 2018 on a proposal that would require all pharmacy DIR to be reflected at point of sale. NCPA will encourage CMS to formally adopt this proposal, but we would like your input on how retroactive DIR is impacting you, your pharmacy and your patients.
