Indy Health is excited to announce our webinars to review the Indy Health SaverRx and Indy Health EliteRx Plan information the week of September 21, 2020. The webinar will review the following information:
- A Refresher on Centers of Medicare & Medicaid’s (CMS) marketing rules
- Activities that can be conducted at the pharmacy
- CMS guidelines related to steerage and how not to violate the guidelines
- Plan Designs (copays/co-insurances)
- Formularies
- Premiums
- Marketing Material Availability
- Amplicare/iMedicare Display
The plan design, formulary and premium information is confidential information and may not be shared until the Annual Enrollment Period begins on 10/1/2020.
In order to participate, an online disclosure agreement must be signed. Webinar invitations will be sent out the evening before the webinar.
